User manual Capsinol nasal spray

Read this user manual carefully before using Capsinol Nasal Spray. If you have any questions, ask your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.

Why : Use for (chronic) nasal complaints. Relieves blocked sinuses and forehead pressure and helps to breathe more freely through the nose. Capsinol nasal spray can be used for extended periods of time and is not addictive. It is completely natural and not harmful to health.

Description:
Capsinol is an all natural nasal spray with capsaicin as the main active ingredient. Capsaicin is a component of chilies (Capsicum) that provides the hot feeling. Research has shown that this compound inhibits the overactive nervous system. Especially for people with chronic nasal complaints without an identifiable cause, capsaicin often has a (lasting) positive effect. There are also no adverse effects of the pepper spray on the smell or the nasal mucosa. The eucalyptus and rosemary oils are known for their anti-inflammatory effects.

Application: Shake well before use. Spray 2 to 4 times in each nostril three times a day. Inhale slowly after each spray. You will usually notice relief within 2-12 minutes.

  1. Shake well before use. Open the package and remove the transparent protective cap.
  2. Hold the bottle at the bottom with your thumb and hold the top between index and middle fingers. When using the spray for the first time, spray into the air several times until the liquid comes out.
  3. Insert the nosepiece into the nostril. Spray and breathe in slowly through the nose at the same time. Repeat in the other nostril. After use, clean the end and replace the caps.

Precautions : Do not use if sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not share the nasal spray with others. Immediately after use, a slight burning sensation may be experienced, this is not harmful and the feeling decreases when you use the nasal spray regularly.

Warnings : Do not aim at eyes. Keep out of reach of young children. Capsinol Original and Mild Formula should not be used under 12 years of age, the Kids Formula should not be used under 6 years of age. Ask your doctor about use during pregnancy.

Ingredients : Water, Eucalyptus Oil (Eucalyptus Globolus), Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis), Chili Pepper (Capsicum annuum), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate). The Mild Formula also contains feverfew (feverfew).

Storage: Store at room temperature (below 25°C) until the expiry date on the bottle. Can be stored for 3 months after opening/use. After 3 months it is possible that the capsaicin is less strong and therefore less effective.

Packaging: Capsinol nasal spray comes in a 20 ml bottle with a spray pump.
