When I was twenty-five, I was told I had a chronic nasal sensitivity. That was four years ago. This is my Capsinol customer story, how I went from visiting specialist after specialist to finally feeling comfortable again.

No answers from the specialists

At first, my doctor thought it was hay fever because the symptoms appeared during specific periods, like the pollen season in spring and the harvest period in early summer. But later, the symptoms were present almost all year round, except during a three-week holiday in Italy.

I was then referred to an allergy specialist. After extensive skin and blood tests, I was prescribed various treatments, but none of them helped. In fact, some of them gave me terrible headaches and left me constantly exhausted.

Eventually the specialists told me they couldn’t help me further, and I was referred to an ENT doctor. I was given yet another prescription spray. It seemed to work at first, but then the discomfort came back, even more intensely than before. That doctor, too, told me there was nothing more he could do.

Finding Capsinol: a customer story

After those setbacks, I turned to the internet. I searched for people with similar experiences and eventually found the Capsinol website. I read the stories of others and recognised so much of my own situation. That gave me the courage to try it.

I ordered two formulas: Mild and Original. I started with the Mild but quickly moved to the Original. For me, the result was remarkable. After such a long time, I could finally feel my nose opening up completely. I now use Capsinol every day, and within a few minutes that heavy, congested feeling at the back of my nose lifts. I no longer have that constant need to clear my throat, and I’m not as tired as I used to be.

I keep my Capsinol close at all times, and I’ve even ordered a bottle for my brother, who has similar nasal sensitivity. Finally, a natural product that works for me and hasn’t caused me any trouble.

Kind regards, Majorie
