I’ve dealt with a very sensitive nose for most of my life. When someone wearing strong aftershave walks past me, I immediately start sneezing, and not just once, but several times in a row. My nose reacts to almost everything: unpleasant smells, temperature changes, walking into a warm shop. The sneezing starts and then my nose completely blocks up and starts running.

I went to an ENT specialist for an examination, but nothing specific came up. The doctor simply said: “You just have a very sensitive nose.” That was more than twenty years ago.
Because of that inconclusive result, I started searching for a solution on my own. Eventually I found the Capsinol website. It appealed to me, and I thought: who doesn’t try, doesn’t know. I started with the Mild version, honestly thinking that something spicy in your nose couldn’t possibly help.
Capsinol for a sensitive nose
I’ve been using the Mild version for a long time now, and it genuinely made a difference from the start. I noticed that I sneeze much less, and one spray immediately helps my nose feel calmer. Which is ideal when your nose is as reactive as mine.
When I feel I need it, I spray once into each nostril. I do this about once a day, but it depends on how my nose feels. Sometimes I don’t spray at all for two or three days; other weeks I spray once daily.
What I appreciate about Capsinol is that it’s completely natural and I can use it whenever I want, without worrying about how it might affect me long-term. For someone with a sensitive nose like mine, that peace of mind is worth a lot.
After my long search for something that actually works for me, I’m glad I found Capsinol. I recommend it to everyone!
Kind regards, Laurence
