Bianca: About ten years ago I was suffering from a rhinitis and I bought a bottle of nasal spray, xylometazoline, a name I could barely pronounce. The saleswoman pointed out to me the instructions for use and not to use for more than eight days. I still said that after those eight days, I would actually like to be better once and so no more.
I didn’t snap and buy another bottle like that. Over the years I had those bottles everywhere, 1 on the nightstand, 1 in my coat pocket, 1 in my purse, in short I didn’t go out the door without that bottle! Used it daily and for years, I even went to different drugstores and pharmacies every week, but at one point the druggist even asked if I hadn’t become a bit addicted to that spray. I had also had several other sprays from the doctor to try to get rid of the xylometazoline, the name I am now effortlessly listing but all to no avail.
A friend pointed me to a post on facebook two months ago, she said, you should read Bianca you really can get rid of your addiction.
I was very skeptical but well, if it doesn’t hurt, it doesn’t hurt, I thought. I ordered a bottle of Capsinol the mild form!
Fast delivery so quick to try it out, tears welled up in my eyes after trying the first sprays.
I wanted to persevere and try to get off the xylometazoline. For the first three days I had used the xylametazoline with it but after those three days I did not.
After a month I also phased out the Capsinol and now I go out without a nasal spray, only in the living room is a bottle of Capsinol and I use it once a day every other day to two days. As soon as I think I need nasal spray I grab the Capsinol. Sometimes again with tears in my eyes from the peppers but I am so happy how far I have come, I can honestly say I am rid of my nasal spray addiction.
Super thanks Capsinol.
