Martin: I am Martin, 46 years old and have been addicted to xylometazoline nasal spray for many years after a sinus infection I contracted about 10 years ago. Since that time I have started using xylometazoline which initially works well but which you will use more and more to keep your nose open. At that time I started spraying 1 or 2 times a day but became dependent on it and over time you have to use more and more of it to keep your nose open so that I ended up using 2 bottles a week.

Tried with other nasal sprays but all were ineffective so I quickly returned to the xylometazoline. The cold turkey method really wasn’t an option; you can’t keep it up, and especially at night you don’t sleep a wink. I resigned myself to being on xylometazoline for the rest of my life.

Until at some point I read many positive experiences of capsinol on the internet; people who had similar complaints like me and who got rid of the addictive and harmful xylometazoline thanks to capsinol.

I had my reservations, but in the end I decided to order such a bottle of capsinol. My expectations were not high, after all I had already tried so much that I thought this probably wouldn’t help either. However, nothing could be further from the truth, from the first time I started using capsinol I have not used a drop of xylometazoline. That was about half a year ago now.

In the beginning I had to use a lot of capsinol to keep my nose open, I barely lasted two weeks with a bottle. But in contrast to xylometazoline, consumption is decreasing. Now I only use it in the morning when I get out of bed and sometimes at night. My nose stays open for the rest of the day.

I don’t panic anymore if I don’t happen to have a “nasal spray” with me. That used to be different.

Time will have to tell if I can do without capsinol completely, but so far I am very satisfied with this miracle drug and can recommend it to everyone.
